Today, I’m excited to announce that we recently received three important certifications demonstrating our commitment.
Singulr AI is now HIPAA compliant—a significant milestone that underscores our deep commitment to protecting the privacy and security of our customers’ Protected Health Information (PHI).
For our customers who are health care providers, covered entities, or business associates, this compliance reflects our dedication to implementing industry-leading safeguards, policies, and practices into the Singulr AI platform in order to ensure we protect our customers' sensitive health information and handle their data with the highest standards of care.
HIPAA compliance is not just a regulatory checkbox for us—it’s a testament to our ongoing efforts to build trust, promote transparency, and uphold our responsibility as a secure and reliable AI partner in healthcare and beyond.
Singulr AI has demonstrated SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, marking a significant step forward in our commitment to building business processes and controls that our customers can rely on.
The SOC 2 Type 2 is an audit report performed by an independent third-party certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to evaluate our controls related to the Trust Services Criteria (TSC).
This rigorous, independently audited certification demonstrates that our systems and processes safeguard data across multiple dimensions: security, availability, data processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy, and consistently operate effectively over time.
Singulr AI is officially ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. This globally recognized certification validates that we have established, implemented, and maintained a robust Information Security Management System (ISMS) designed to proactively identify, manage, and mitigate security risks.
